Effective ways to use Forte Diary
To reclaim "time for yourself" from days constantly chasing after to-dos.
"Next year, I want to live more mindfully"
"I want to cherish my own time"
Work, housework, childcare... Do you feel like you're constantly chasing "things to do" every day, and the day just flies by?
Even with such wishes, if your new planner ends up blank or becomes just a schedule management tool, it's not your fault. What you need is not a tool to cram your schedule, but a partner to "organize" your daily life.
Why does Forte Diary help "organize your daily life"?
Many planners are designed for "schedule management." However, what we truly need is to plan days that we ourselves feel are "good," isn't it?
Forte Diary is not just an appointment book. It's filled with features designed to help you regain your "original goals and cherished values" and "seasonal rhythms" that tend to get lost in busy daily life.
Journaling and schedule management. All in one book.
Weekly, Monthly, and Journal are integrated.
Write what you want, on the page you want.

Once a month/week is fine. A "2-step usage guide" to regain yourself.
Even if you find it hard to make time to write in a planner, you should try this unique way to use Forte Diary. There's no need to try to write perfectly.
Preparation: Write down your goals and what you cherish in the Life Planner
When you start using Forte Diary, first open the Life Planner page and write down anything that comes to mind for the four items: "Goals (what I want to cherish)", "My desired self", "What to do for that", and "When to start?".
This will be your daily Anchor (a source of comfort and guidance). Whenever you feel lost, open this page and visualize your goals, what you cherish, and your desired self.
Once a month/week: Reflect and plan for the coming week
Use the Monthly Planner or Weekly Planner to reflect and make your next plan. Look back at the "Goals" and "Important things" you wrote in your Life Planner and list what you want to prioritize during that period.
- Left memo section: Write down priorities, exciting plans, special events
- Right calendar: Allocate them to specific dates and times
Reflect in the left memo section. For weekly details, use the Note section of the right calendar. Just by doing this, you can have a month or week centered around "what you truly want to cherish"!
When you have time, try writing a daily reflection, weather, and health record in the Note section of the Weekly Page.
Feel the rhythm of the seasons and regulate your body with the 24 Solar Terms
The "Twenty-Four Solar Terms" (Nijūshi Sekki) will catch your eye when you glance at the Monthly Planner page. Seeing "Rittō" in November reminds you to prepare for winter, and "Nihyakutōka" makes you aware of typhoon season.
Not only can you proactively care for your own and your family's health, but feeling the subtle changes of the seasons can also make you feel enriched even amidst a busy schedule.
Customer Testimonial: Forte Diary is "my partner"
"Before, I was always just thinking about checking off my to-do list, but after switching to this planner, I became more conscious of 'time for myself.' (30s, office worker)"
"When I'm busy, it's easy to forget about the seasons, but I look forward to encountering seasonal words every time I open my planner. It's a small oasis in my daily life. (40s, freelancer)"
Forte Diary is like a "partner" that stays with you through your changing life stages.
