Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.（For internaitonal shioment, we accept within 14days of receiving order. )

Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in the same condition as when delivered. Please provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, when returning an item.

Return Procedure: First, please contact us by email at info@fortediary.com. We will then guide you through the return process and provide the return address. Please note that we cannot accept returns if you return the item before contacting us.

Regarding Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email whether a refund is possible. Once the refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 16 business days, please contact us at info@fortediary.com.

Regarding Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items: If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect delivery upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and take appropriate action.

Regarding Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to return the item, receive a refund, and then place a new order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. However, in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, Forte Diary will cover the shipping costs.
