Standard shipping (e-Packet Light): ¥1,300

Express shipping (EMS): ¥2,000

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and describe your situation. We will get back to you with instructions.

If the return is due to the customer's circumstances, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error — such as a wrong item, wrong quantity, or a defective (damaged or broken) product — we will cover both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the correct item. If the same item is in stock, we will send a replacement. If the same item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund upon return.
